Tax Consultant

Hey Guys, What are u doin' on this lovely holiday? just woke up and tryin' to go back sleep again? Or u already have a plan to spend this day going around Jakarta? Good for you then mate. because i already in my lovely office at 10.15! What?? What the heck? You would probably say that. You would ask yourself what the hell i'm doin' on my office. Actually i also spent 11 hours at my office yesterday! i think this time my body can't take much more.

Yesterday i had a very nice conversation with my partner (highest level on professional job such as: audit, tax , business) at Ritz Carlton hotel. Because everybody else were busy so only two of us went there. we sat on bar and he ordered a few glass of beer (few=5-6 glass). We started talking about job. he asked me if i find any problem in my job then i said no. i said that the only problem for me is i can't split my time for work and going to classes.

He told me about his job experience. Before he decided to make his own tax consultant firm, he already taste how it feels to work at big 4! he worked for arthur andersen, E&Y, PWC. Wow! and he talked like this: "Fajar there are two things that you should do! 1. You should read, read, read (tax regulation) and then discuss it with other person. 2. From now make up your mind that you will be Tax Consultant, you have to focus on your job and you always have to give your best.

He said that i have a good basis to be a good Tax Consultant. I felt so happy yesterday. He is a person that inspires me. He also said that i don't have to be afraid of another person who has higher level than me but i have to respect that person. So from now on i will try to read everytime i have a spare time and will always give my best!!! because maybe 5-6 years from now i'll be like him.
